Synopsis
A little girl loses her doll. The doll comes to life and walks through the city — not to escape, but to find. No one sees her as alive: for collectors, she is an artifact; for passersby, trash; for artists, an installation. Only the girl who once held her remembers that the doll used to smile. This silent fairy tale explores what it means to be made by someone and then forgotten. Filmed in the ancient forests of the Finnish-Russian borderland.
