« Jésus Marie Joseph was an opportunity to reconnect myself with the pleasures of cinema: a 1960s camera, the famous Bolex H16 Reflex, 16mm film, sound recordings, sound effects, a lighthearted little story, magnificent landscapes of the Greek island of Sifnos, and the unfulfilled quest of a three-year-old child. All this creates a cinematic childlike poetry with this quote, reminiscent of our years spent with Grandpa and Grandma : Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! » Patxi Meerman
