Eclipsed Sight

When her daughter, Zoey, is diagnosed with Stargardt’s, a degenerative eye condition, Norna must race against time to share one last glimpse of the universe with her. The pair embark on a road trip across South Africa to watch a once-in-a-lifetime meteor shower from the SALT observatory. But when they arrive, Norna’s determination is met with disappointment — the gates are closed, and Zoey’s sight is deteriorating faster than expected. In an act of desperation, she breaks through the reserve gate and drives into the Karoo, hoping to watch the meteor shower from there.
